PURCHASE METHOD
The Customer can purchase the products visible at the address www.ferramentaeurotecnica.com, illustrated on the homepage of the Site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets.
When the purchase is made, the Customer has the possibility to choose the delivery and payment method of the product he prefers.
Acceptance of the order by New Eurotecnica is confirmed by sending a confirmation email to the email address communicated by the Customer when registering on the Site.
New Eurotecnica reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the order.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
